We will raise awareness of the accessible support available by ensuring students and staff have information about our mental health policy, Wellbeing App, self-help tools, and our Suicide Safer University Strategy. |

We will deliver tailored mental health and well-being support to postgraduate research students including access to specific resources and face-to-face sessions that reflect their unique challenges. |

We will develop appropriate targeted support for students with mental health challenges to help build career confidence, develop skills and navigate any barriers to progression, based on what works. |

We will strengthen links with NHS, third sector partners and other services to improve how students and staff access joined-up care and support wherever they live across the UK. |
Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation of support services are encouraged to foster a culture where mental health is taken seriously, and everyone feels empowered to seek help.
