The Research Degrees Team within the Graduate School is the academic registry for research degrees and higher doctorates, performing administrative services relating to postgraduate research (PGR) students, and also contributes to the management of the governance committees responsible for the policy framework and quality assurance underpinning research degrees. Doctoral students are affiliated to relevant schools and faculties and faculty Academic Committees oversee the annual monitoring of postgraduate research student provision within the Faculty for submission to Research Degrees Committee.
